Please read and follow our protocols below to ensure a safe dental visit.

Here’s what to expect at the appointment:

• Anyone entering the office must complete a COVID screening form which is sent in the form of a text. In addition temperature screenings will be done prior to entering the office.
• Upon arrival to the office, please remain in your vehicle and text or call the office to notify us of your arrival. Once we are ready to see you, we will inform you when you should come to the office. This will reduce the number of patients in the waiting area.
• Parents of new patients must download and complete new patient forms from our website and bring them completed to the child’s visit, or you can email or fax them ahead of time.
• We can only allow the patient(s) and ONE parent/guardian in the office with the patient(s). Everyone must wear masks while in the office and use hand sanitizer upon entering.
• The waiting room has been cleared of non-essential items, such as toys and magazines and some seating is blocked off to allow for social distancing.

• In all of our treatment areas, for the safety of our staff and patients, we have installed Extra-oral Dental Suction Systems.
